We are proud to present the Betronic Group’s second ESG report. The preparation, release and sharing of our first report set a lot in motion within our organization. We really started the conversation with customers, suppliers, partners and, of course, our own team. These valuable interactions not only brought us new insights, but also confirmed how
strongly sustainability lives, both inside and outside Betronic.
By making explicit our commitment to some of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, we have created clarity on how we want to do business in a rapidly changing world. This clear direction helps us guide important decisions and provides a solid framework for the future.
While our first report still focused on emissions from our main location, this year we have broadened our scope to include all Betronic Group locations worldwide. This provides a more complete and honest picture of our overall impact. In the next report, covering the year 2025, we will take an extra step: then we will also examine scope 3 emissions.
We are well aware that even the most informative report does not change the world overnight. Sustainability is not an end station, but a collective journey. With this report, we show that the first steps have been taken, the next ones are planned and that it is above all a matter of conscious thinking. Together we are setting course for a future in which responsible business is the norm.
