What comes in handy here is our specialization in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.betronic.nl\/en\/specialization\/#energie\">energy<\/a>. In both disciplines we are concerned with optimizing the efficiency in order to generate as little heat as possible. The heat that is generated must be removed in a controlled manner so that the product can continue to do its job under all conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Every day we come into contact with products such as an electric toothbrush to a ventilation system. The application of electric motors cannot be ignored in our world. In recent years, transport by means of electric vehicles has increased strongly, from electric cars, scooters, bicycles to scooters. A good example of this is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.betronic.nl\/praktijk-voorbeeld-e-bike-controller\/\">E-bike controller<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In almost all applications it is necessary to control the motor, switching the motor on and off alone is not enough. A control algorithm that is often used is a controller based on PID (Proportional, Integrating and Differentiating). The control is adjusted for the application so that a fan cannot be heard in a building and a drone remains stably in the air.<\/p>\n<p>Input signals from a sensor are required to control the motor. The sensors are highly dependent on the application. The signal from a pressure sensor is used to control a roof ventilator, while a gyro sensor is used for a drone.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from the different powers, there is a wide variety of types of engines available.
